Thatfs Chinese all overIDumplings become round thin sheets of dough so quickly.iMs. Shifs groupj

Cute cookers are making thin sheets of dough by cutting out of a big and thin dough

@The participants enjoyed cooking together and eating together. This is the third event of "Interchange through Exchanging Food Cultureh which is likely to become a regular event.

Ms. Prani Funaoka is showing how to make tomyumkhun.

@This time they made Liaoning Provincefs, Shanxi Cityfs, and Japanese jiao-zi. They began with kneading flour. There were some ways to make round thin sheets of dough to wrap the ingredients of jiao-zi. Chinese people flattened dumplings and made thin sheets of dough, and the other people learned to cut out of the big thin dough, using a cup. Some Shanxifs jiao-zi contained lotus roots and celery, which was delicious. The both types of Chinese jiao-zi were boiled ones, and though the tastes of the sauce were different from each other, both were delicious respectively. While, Japanese jiao-zi was fried, but Chinese people seemed to eat pleasantly.
@Ms. Prani Funaoka taught how to make a Thai food. There were many people who seemed to eat a representative Thai food, tomyangkun, for the first time, and they said in chorus, gThis is delicious!h The two big pans of tomyungkhun became completely empty. Ingredients for tomyangkn are available these days and it seems to make it easily. Pavonsen used bean-starch was also favourable. Fish sauce called nampar and quite a lot of cloves of garlic were used, but not so strong: it was delicious.

@Despite the event was to make Chinese, Thai, and Japanese food, Brazilians and Peruvians came all the way from Moriyama City, Kusatsu City and Otsu City, inquiring RIFA until the last moment before the day, and they enjoyed cooking.

The participants were attracted by the Peruvian dance.

@ After having the food, some participants unexpectedly performed one after another and made the event colorful one: Peru nationals the Kiyoda brothers played the piano and did Peruvian folk dance; a Peruvian female national Mabel began to join in the dance that Shinjiro Kiyoda was dancing alone, which pleased the audience; A magic was showed; Mr. Niu who offered Shanxifs jiao-zi tried to perform the magic. What will be the next cuisine?  Look forward to it.
