Editor’s Note It is a half-month left until a new year. The other day seven delegates visited HengyangCity and deepened friendship. I remember visiting Henyang as a delegate of civil-level goodwill mission three years ago. It was a little different from a sight seeing trip, with a welcome party by the citizens and a courtesy visit to the city hall. I’d like to dream that we would visit countries in the world and develop friendly relationships, and that we would realize such a dream.(S.N.) |
