Aiming to stabilize grassroots relationship and ordinary interchange

The 2006's general meeting was held at Chuo Kominkan on May 7(Sun.), having Mayor, Chairperson of Ritto City Council, Superintendent of Ritto Board of Education, and every agenda was passed. We are going to develop various events to further improve internationalizing in our area and living together with foreign residents.
With the reform of our webpage, you will be able to see color pictures of this news letter on the IT. If you haven't check them out yet, try clicking. Quite a lot of people, even from other cities, prefectures, and foreign countries, called RIFA after browsing our web pages, for inquiry or registration.
A goodwill mission from one of our sisters, Hengyang, Hunan, China, will visit Ritto this autumn. RIFA hopes that many people will join in the welcome party as a participant or a volunteer interpreter. Our cultural exchange with food as an event of the International Friendship Salon has been becoming a general event. Let's enjoy interchange with worldwide common tastes this year, too. The other events will be a bus tour and other cultural event, and if you have an idea, please let us know. You are welcome to be involved in planning and operating in the committee.
