 I am working as a researcher of company putting on the white robe. My hobby is to sing a song of various countries. The audience was truly surprised by my Finnish song that I had leant at the chorus center, when I sung it aiming to surprise them. Also, it was reported in the book that I sung a Mexican song at the hospice in response to my friend’s request. I became aware of the diversity of world when studying the songs of various countries. It was very hard for me to acquire unique pronunciation, but I felt a different air that it was difficult to express in Japanese. When humming a melody, a landscape of country would come to my mind even if I have never visited that country. I have been often surprised by recognizing that “ there was such way of thinking !! ” , when generally understanding the meanings of the words at last. There was such case that I could find an answer to the questions that could not be solved through the book, when visiting and meeting people of that country. My hobby is becoming joyful much more. Now, I am a member of 10th Anniversary Project Committee” even at young fellow. I have been impressed while making efforts to international exchange with various ways. I would like to contribute to deepening grass-root based exchange activities by joining to RIFA and doing poor best. I would like to ask all of you for further kindness. |

Cooking Recipe Using foreign Food Materials  |

 Making “ Pastel” using “ Plain Pastel ” , Brazilian Food Material [Food Materials to be prepared] ＊Plain Pastel that costs at around 400-600 Yen lA : Tomato( fine cut) and organic cheese lB : Beef(minced meat) and onion(fine cut) to be fried together with salt and pepper [Cooking procedure] ①lSize plain Pastel as you like ②Put A or B on plain Pastel and wrap them like Kiao-tz. Well warp if pushing three points with hark. ③Fry them with oil |

 [Note that ;]The foreign food materials are easily available in Shiga Prefecture. Plain Pastel is recommendable because it is crisp like plain pie and easily cooked like Kiao-tz. Let enjoy the Pastel as refreshments for kids and together with beer. |
