| On Friday, November 30, we held " The gathering of members of RIFA "in a meeting room of the WINGPLAZA. In this gathering, we did many things as below. : The report of Delegation of visiting Friend city of Koyo (They came back to Japan recently). : Mr. Fabio Inoue from Brazil did speech. : Social gathering and had a party for fun. They met new members and old friends, they had a very good time with laughing.Time has passed in no time. |

| 〔The Report of delegation〕 They arrived at Chousa city of provincial capital of Hunan at midnight by air via Shanghai from Kansai International Airport. Next morning, they visited Hunan Foreign affairs (the picture at the lower left). After that, they arrived Koyo city which is located  in south of the Chousa city about 200 kilometers by bus. The party was
impressed by a heartfelt ardent welcome deeply in many places to visit.
They finished Friendship visit over six days and went back to Japan on
Saturday, November 17. Delegation reported that there was a strong demand
which the side in China would like to have a good relation with Japanese
corporations during friendship visit. China is getting gap-widening society
recently. But delegation was deeply impressed that China was changing energetically
toward the Olympics, young people very interested in Japan, laying emphasis
on education.15 years has passed that Ritto city has formed Friendship city with Koyo city. Next year,on Sunday, February 3, 『The performance of Friendship』is to be held for the commemoration(Sponsored by Ritto city Culture Physical Education Promotion Corporation and supported by RIFA). |

 《The speech of Mr. Fabio Inoue》 『The seed of Culture』 He looked back on this of own and gave a speech. He said「・・・・After the war, Many Japanese emigrated to Brazil and told Japanese culture to their descendants. I have respect and longed-for sense toward the Japanese culture that I heard from grandparents and would like to have relation with it. Also I came to Japan because I would like to be useful for Japan. I sows and harvests fruit of the seed to be myself someday. I would like to sow the good seed with my warm heart in order to harvest the good things. |
